This person needs to be a doer who can take initiative and get a variety of tasks done.
This person will be the personal assistant to the Executive Director of the company.
They need to be able to stay on top of important schedule items and get a variety of tasks done to keep the team proactive and effective.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Executive Director's Calendar - Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings - Manage the Executive Director's email inbox in a professional way - Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner - Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency - Proofread documents for errors and inconsistencies
Experience:
- 2
years of experience that shows you are a doer and an organized person - Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision We offer competitive pay based on experience.
