Summary:
DeckPro LLC is looking for Professional deck builder, someone who is and/or wants to be skilled in their profession.
The focus will be creating outdoor living at its best, building custom decks, patio covers, porch and deck rails and other things that go with decks.
You will be producing work orders and building the project to DeckPro standards and customer specification and communicating with the customer.
The goal is to promote and accomplish DeckPro's Values and ethics.
Will demonstrate high level of responsibility and accountability.
To safely operate all needed machinery and equipment.
Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.

DeckPro LLC is a high-quality builder of decks, porch and deck rails and covers, up and down the Snake River Valley of East Idaho.
We work with customers from design to build.
We are centrally located out of Rexburg, Idaho.
We concentrate on everything to do with decks; wood decks, Trex decks, Fiberon decks, vinyl, wood, metal and other custom railings, gable and shed type solid roofs, finished and unfinished underneath, pergolas and other such things that have to do with decks.
Qualifications:
Be cost and time conscience- be able to produce DeckPro average daily production rates.
Capacity to effectively lead a crew and provide support for the team.
Ability to work alone.
Be construction savvy- understand construction terminology, purposes and limits of structural members and fasteners, find angles, build stairs and find square and level.
Good knowledge and ability to effectively use tools and equipment associated with construction.
Namely; Sawzall's, skill saws, drills, chop saws, routers, levels, roto zips, jig saws, equipment lifts, ladders and planks, hammer drills, sanders, planers, compressors, nail and staple guns and Mini skids.
Good Math skills- ability to calculate, analyze, and track figures.
Ability to successfully manage projects and deadlines.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good Problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills- Using construction knowledge and DeckPro values to solve daily problems.
Self-motivated or self-starter- know the meaning.
Hard working- not afraid of hours and working conditions that present themselves here in the Snake River Valley.
Have passion and heart for creating customers visions and building relationships with them.
Enjoying learning our skill and gaining knowledge.

Be able to take care of and manage vehicles, tools and equipment.
Physical requirements:
Be able to lift and carry 80 lbs.
Be able to lift 50 lbs.
over your head.
Be able to use a ladder and use them at 10-12 heights.
Be able to work at 10-15-foot heights above the ground.
Crawling, climbing, crouching, reaching, pulling, pushing, balancing.
